MyBotXData deletion
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account
You can remove MyBotX's access and ask for your data to be deleted in any of these ways:
- In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → MyBotX → Remove, and choose to send a data deletion request. Facebook then shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status on this page. We delete the access tokens you gave us and stop collecting anything from your Pages right away.
- In MyBotX: Pages & accounts → choose the page → Disconnect, then Delete — with "everything it collected" to erase its contacts, conversations and pictures too.
- Your whole business: Settings → Organization → Delete this business. Pages are disconnected at once and everything is erased for good 30 days later.
If you wrote to a business that uses MyBotX
Your messages and comments belong to that business's Page. Ask the business to delete your information: in MyBotX it can erase a person and everything about them. You can also write to us with the Page's name and your name as it appears on Facebook or Instagram; we will make sure it is done and confirm within 30 days.
