MyBotX

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-16

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account on MyBotX, which is provided by the operator of app.mybotx.app. By creating an account or connecting a Page you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The service

MyBotX lets a business manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts it controls: comments, messages, automated replies, broadcasts and statistics. Features depend on the plan chosen and on what Meta allows at the time.

Your responsibilities

Your data

You keep the rights to your content and your customers' information. We process it to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your contacts and delete Pages, people and your account; see Data deletion.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown when you choose them. If a payment is missed, the account may become read-only until it is settled. Trials end automatically. Prices and limits may change with notice before your next billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Meta may change or withdraw features of its platform, and the service may change with it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or Meta's platform at risk, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the operator of app.mybotx.app is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending

The owner can delete the business at any time (Settings → Organization → Delete this business). Its Pages are disconnected at once and its data is erased for good 30 days later; within those 30 days a mistake can still be undone by contacting us. Accounting records of payments are kept as the law requires.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is established.
